Facilities
Jamison Stadium – Built in 1969, the stadium was renovated in 2022. Jamison Stadium is home to the Pirates Women’s Soccer, women’s track & field and men’s track & field teams. Porterville College Commencement is held in the stadium annually. There are also community events, including high school football and elementary school track meets held in the stadium.
Gymnasium - Built in 1959, the gymnasium has undergone multiple renovations. In 2016, a new roof and air conditioning were installed, and in 2019 a new court was installed. The gymnasium is home to the Pirates men’s and women’s basketball teams and the women’s volleyball team and has a seating capacity of 1,800.
Baseball Field - The baseball field was built and opened for the 2026 season. There is grandstand seating for approximately 100 people with additional space for lawn chair seating. There are plans to add more permanent seating in the near future.
Softball Field - The softball field was built and opened for the 2026 season. There is grandstand seating for approximately 100 people with additional space for lawn chair seating. There are plans to add more permanent seating in the near future.
Tennis Courts – The tennis courts were resurfaced in 2019, and new wind screen was installed in 2026. The tennis courts are home to the Pirates men’s and women’s tennis teams. The tennis courts are also used for community tennis and pickleball.
Fitness Center – The fitness center was most recently renovated in 2010. The fitness center is used for kinesiology classes and for intercollegiate athletic teams’ training.
Weight Room – The weight room was converted from the fitness center to a weight room as part of the Fitness Center renovation in 2010. The weight room is used for kinesiology classes and for intercollegiate athletic teams’ training.
